PROGRAM DETAILS

GRAMMAR & LANGUAGE

Grammar and language classes are required for each student making up 6-9 credit hours.

SPECIALTY CLASSES

2 to 3 specialty classes will fill the remaining 6-9 credit hours.

CHAPEL

Students will attend chapel services 2 times per week

volunteering and/or internships

All students will participate as an intern or volunteer with local ministries. Internship credits must be arranged before commencing the Semester Abroad program.

LIVING WITH A HOST FAMILY

Have a fully immersive experience living with and becoming part of a Costa Rican family.

Included in the home stay is a private room, daily meals, WIFI and laundry.

*Credits must be accepted by your institution prior to being accepted to the program.

ROOM & BOARD

Students stay in carefully selected homestays.

 

*Additional $75 per month for special food accommodations. (Vegetarian, gluten free, lactose free, etc)
