ABOUT HOUSING

WHAT IS A

LANDING PARTNER

The Landing Partner Program is a service provided by the Institute through which new families or singles are assigned a landing partner before their arrival to help with housing arrangements, airport pick-up, and other pre-arrival needs. Landing partners are current students who provide useful advise in order to make the transition to Costa Rica as smooth as possible.
They also arrange airport pick-up and meet you at the airport. After the new families or singles arrive, they show them around and help them get oriented in the neighborhood.
This service has no cost. New students send a deposit to the school that the landing partner uses to secure housing, pay for transportation from the airport, and purchase anything the new families may need during the first couple of days. Any remaining money from this deposit will be reimbursed by the landing partner after arrival.
