Favorite pastimes: listening to music, taking trips with my family, sleeping
I studied at the University of Costa Rica and obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Philology, which is the study of Spanish from its roots (Latin and Greek), starting with its historical evolution to modern Spanish and its variants, colloquial and literary. Later, I obtained my Master’s in Linguistics, focused not just on Spanish but also on languages in general. In the Institute, after twenty-three years of experience, I have been able to put into practice my knowledge by applying it to the teaching of Spanish as a second language. I have been a Professor of Grammar, Phonetics, Language, Writing and Spelling, Literature, and Culture, especially as it relates to Latin music.
