APPLICATION FORMS

To insure enrollment please make certain your application arrives before the deadline prescribed for each Trimester (Note: correspondence can take as long as 3 weeks or more to arrive).  Applications must be received by the admissions office no later than:

        Nov. 10th for the January Term

       July 1st for the August Term

       March 10th for the May Term

PARENTS:  Each child will need a completed application form sent to the Sojourn Academy as well. (Please use the "Sojourn Academy" link to the left for more information and the application forms)

The Big Brother information form is only applicable 

for those students in the Regular Course.
