Dr John Longworth, a family care specialist, is on campus two mornings a week to provide primary medical attention for students and their children.  Dr Longworth also sees patients at the Clinica Biblica, in downtown San José and can be reached via his beeper service after office hours.

The Clinica Biblica is an excellent private hospital operated by a local Board of Directors.  It offers first-class service in obstetrics, pediatrics, surgery, laboratory work, radiology and other medical fields.  A group of general practitioners and specialists, a number of whom are evangelical, have offices in the hospital building.

Many other fine doctors, dentists and hospitals can be found in San José, including Children's Hospital, one of the largest and best equipped pediatric hospitals in this hemisphere.
